Mr. Gavaghan has over 20 years of experience as an environmental consultant, including the evaluation of more than 1800 sites, ranging in size from two to 5,300 acreas. Evaluations included wetland delineation, stream assessment, Phase I (ASTM 1527-00/05) Environmental Site Assessments, land planning and development analysis, environmental permitting, and stream/wetlands mitigtaion design. Mr. Gavaghan has testified in State and Federal Courts on a variety of environmental issues.
